Julie is absolutely amazing. I would not go to anyone else. I have moved to other states and have came to Washington just to see her. The results are amazing and she so gentle and has the ability to get really close to the eyes. Wouldn’t trust anybody else to do the work she does. If you’re looking for someone that’s amazing…I would definitely recommend Julie. She’s the best.

I highly recommend this medical spa!!!! I’ve been to countless dermatologists and med spas and this one is a trillion times better than any of them. I was so nervous to try a new med spa because of past experiences and now I’m thrilled I found Radiance Skin and Laser. Dr. Julie and all of her employees are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Julie will take the time to listen and it’s clear she cares about her patients. The facility is also incredibly clean and beautifully decorated.

I previously received medical Botox to treat a facial twitch that began about two years ago. While those treatments helped reduce the spasms, they unfortunately left my face looking very asymmetrical. After reading the incredible reviews, I decided to visit Radiance Skin and Laser. I instantly knew that I was in the best place based off my initial interaction with their super-friendly Office Manager Tiffany. Honestly, my experience exceeded all expectations. Dr. Ko truly worked her magic. In just the first session, she restored so much balance to my face—and with it, my smile and confidence. What stood out most is how attentive she is: she genuinely listens to my concerns while still carefully addressing the medical aspect of my facial twitch. The results have been nothing short of night and day. The improvement was so noticeable that I even requested before-and-after photos to show my significant other. I regularly get laser hair removal treatments here and the staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Sarah is a very experienced laser tech and she always checks that I am comfortable while doing a thorough job of hitting all my problem areas. She responds very well to feedback and is a great conversationalist as well, especially during our longer sessions. Even with larger area of the body to cover, she is very consistent. I have seen such an immense reduction in hair on my legs/face and am always glad to stop by for touch ups. She knows what she is doing and I feel very comfortable and safe throughout my sessions, highly recommend this business! The 50% off price for touchups is also great.

Sarah at Radiance Skin and Laser is amazing! She is knowledgeable, professional, and has such a calm, reassuring presence. She took the time to explain each step, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had laser hair removal and a HydraFacial—both were excellent, and my skin was glowing afterward. Highly recommend Sarah if you want great results and someone you can truly trust! Additionally, I saw Julie Ko for complex Botox related to limited eyebrow movement from nerve damage, and I’m so grateful I found her. She was compassionate, incredibly skilled, and truly listened. She took her time, explained everything, and approached my face with such care and precision. I finally felt understood and relieved after a long, stressful journey. I highly recommend Julie if you need someone you can truly trust with a complex situation.
